The squads are as follows:

Each swimmer will earn the right to a place in each Squad.The selection criterion is as follows:
- Commitment to excellence
- The true desire to improve in swimming skills, dryland components and general lifestyle.
- Attendance as outlined in each Squad.
- A positive attitude and effort to training.
- Age and Maturity
- Being able to handle the work load of Squad, mentally and physically
- Performance at training and competition
- Qualifying times/standards
- View towards long term commitment and goals
- Become a student of the sport.

High Performance Squads
- Aim: Compete at National Open and International Level
- Attendance 8 - 10 pool sessions per week
- 3 Gym sessions + 2 Dryland
- Lead and live a lifestyle that will enhance High performance
- Individual programs ( no overcrowding lanes - see new pool )
- Long Course and Short course Training ALL AT ONE FACILITY. - All Year round.
- GYM at POOL
- Screening/ Profile - Physiotherapy , Massage all available
National Age Squad
- Aim : National Age Medalist / Finalist
- Must have attained National Age Qualifying Times
- Aspiring to compete and Qualify for Open National Level
- Attendance 7 - 9 pool sessions per week
- 3 Gym sessions + 2 Dryland
- Lead and live a lifestyle that will enhance High performance
- Individual programs ( no overcrowding lanes - see new pool )
- Long Course and Short course Training ALL AT ONE FACILITY. - All Year round.
- GYM at POOL
- Screening/ Profile - Physiotherapy , Massage all available
State Squad
- Aim :Finalist at Victorian Championships Short and Long Course
- Must have attained State Qualifying Times in more than 1 Stroke and Distance
- Aspiring to gain National Age Qualifying Times
- Attendance 6 - 7 pool sessions per week
- 1 - 2 Gym sessions + 3 Dryland
- Lead and live a lifestyle that will enhance High performance
- Individual programs ( no overcrowding lanes - see new pool )
- Long Course and Short course Training ALL AT ONE FACILITY. - All Year round.
- GYM at POOL
- Screening/ Profile - Physiotherapy , Massage all available
- First year swimmer in this Squad may at the coaches discretion attend only 5 due to increase in training load and / or growth and Age.
Junior State Squad
- Aim: Attain State Qualifying Times and Finish in Top 20 or better.
- Consistency is a must in the Developing years
- Aspiring to State Top 8
- Attendance 5 pool sessions per week
- 2 - 3 Dryland + Flexibility
- First year swimmer in this Squad may at the coaches discretion attend only 4 due to increase in training load and / or growth and Age.
- Team training with a Medley background , to cover all strokes ( no overcrowding lanes - see new pool )
- Long Course and Short course Training ALL AT ONE FACILITY. - All Year round.
- Screening/ Profile - Physiotherapy.
Junior Squad
- Aim Aspire to State Qualifying Times and further development competition skills.
- Consistency is a must in the Developing years
- Aspiring to State Qualifying Times
- Attendance 4 pool sessions per week
- 2 Dryland + Flexibility
- First year swimmer in this Squad may at the coaches discretion attend only 3 due to increase in training load and / or growth and Age.
- Team training with a Medley background , to cover all strokes ( no overcrowding lanes - see new pool )
- Long Course and Short course Training ALL AT ONE FACILITY. - All Year round.
- Screening/ Profile - Physiotherapy.
Club Squad
- Aim: All swimmers whose desire to participate at club activities and continue to train and maintain a level of fitness but are unable to give a serious commitment as outlined in the above squads, and still may wish to have fun and compete.
- Attendance 4 pool sessions per week.
- Must attend 3
