The Club

The Haileybury Waterlions Swimming Club has been one of the top swimming clubs in Victoria since it started in the mid-1970's.

The club has more than 100 members spread over a number of swimming training squads from learn to swim lessons through to National Squad.

Come & join us and reach your full potential in an enthusiastic and positive environment.

New Pool coming to this Space

The Pool

The club is based at the Haileybury College pool (the Grenda Aquatic Centre) in Keysborough, a southeastern suburb of Melbourne.

This is one of the main competition pools in Victoria, hosting many competitions for the club and Metro District South, and has had many international teams training there.

Age Short Course Stars

Samantha Wilkins, Emily Moreton and Ben Hewitt were the stand-out Swimmers from the Waterlions Team at this Years Victorian Age Short Course Championships. Between them, they collected 20 Medals.

Huge Congratulations to Jack Hutchins (Son of our President Jon) who is now in Queensland, after being drafted to play with the new Gold Coast AFL Football Club.

The Club is very proud of Jack as an outstanding Athlete and inspiring role Model. Besides carry our best wishes, we will be watching his progress with special interest. GOOD LUCK JACK
